this is coming from someone with 99 mage...

up to lvl 98 i used high alch, and the real only way to get a good alch item is to find it yourself. unless your alching something stable like longbows(which arent even stable anymore) or air battle staves(which only buy 100 at a time) you need to find an item on your own and calculate your loss per alch. if someone tells you an item that means that theres many people who know the item
