@XtraXtable not entirely free. I have to pay for a account to get levels I like where If I have my own copy that was like five bucks I can have all of those maps and more without paying anything more

Wow you lag like hell. Also the game looks much slower and easier than q3. I played singleplayer. Never tried multi q4. Maybe i'll give it a go eventualy.

why doesn't id just get rid of this cd key crap, nobody is ever going to buy this anymore. They need to just let ppl pirate it, who knows maybe it will get more exposure then friends will actually buy it. I believe piracy actually helped quake 1 and 2. more people played, more mods, more exposure. Especially on a game this old. But no we'll just let it die instead?

hey, this question has been bugging me. im too poor of a situation financially to own a xbox360. but tell me this. do xbox/ps3/pc versions of this game alow ALL system players to play together? meening if someone has it on PC they can play with a friend that has it on Xbox?

not sure about this title, but i know there are some games that you could play cross-platform in multiplayer. i think shadowrun was one of them...

yeh, first of all you want to download the newest update. I dunno which it is tbh. type in google quake 4 newest update or somat like that. Download and install. Then try to see if any agmes come up. If none keep pressing refresh. If still none i cant help you lol sry. you may need to download a lot of maps when going into games as well. Loads of usermaps :D
