same as Ezedi. I was suffering with knee pain for 2-yrs. I had an operation on my miniscus last June but the surgeon found nothing. I found that this exercise really worked for me. There appear to be several different ways to execute this exercise so I would recommend that you try to mimic them all to see what works. I found that when starting out , you use stairs and use the stair rail for balance.

you are absolutely right. my left quad, especially the VMO has been much weaker than my dominant right leg to the point where im starting to feel pain in the left knee. tried this exercise and it immediately offers some relief and i imagine that if done consistently with other unilateral movements i can make my knees bulletproof. many other examples thats just one

It's funny how small things in life can change a person's life.
I've had Patella Femoral Pain Syndrome aka Jumpers' Knee for 2 years and it prevented me from playing soccer.
It's this 10 second video that has made all the difference, now my pain almost totally gone.
