burn injuries take so long to heal, sometimes it seems like you're not progressing / think in terms years not months / you look great, and u will continue 2 heal / I have 40% 3rd and 4th degree 10 years ago / I had surgeries for 5 years / u can do it and the burn community is large and online, ready 2 offer support and encouragement xox
Um, I saw the disclaimer on this video, but he doesn't look BAD. Sure, he's injured, but he's healing well and he seems like a really great person. Why is it that every video of burn survivors has to warn US who are lucky enough not to have gone through it that it will be disturbing? It's not. I've been up close with some of these folks. They were either jerks to begin with or nice people. A bad injury doesn't change that.
Because stupid people on youtube are like OH MY GOD you should 've told me he/she was going to look like that! Awwwww! So they put up warnings but it still doesnt work. People ignore it and view the video anyway. I have learned people will complain no matter what!
I personally do not support the act of war, but I understand it is sometimes inevitable and I greatly support and am thankful for all the troops that have risked their lives to save mine and protect our freedom. :)

Useless war that did nothing but hurt&kill innocent ppl, Killed Saddam sure but that was a yrs ago. Y r we still offering our citizens&citizens of Iraq 2the ovens? If u say it's b/c we're trying2 HELP ppl ovr there, then ask urself, Where was the U.S. Military during the Rwandan GENOCIDE? Maybe there was an ulterior motive 4"the war on terror"...? hmmmm

Robert ,As A Fellow Burn Survivor i say congrats and i hope you continue to do well i hope to see you in Texas this year ,Im from Winston Salem NC and i was an electrical burn and i think i may have met you in NYC at the WBC09 but anyways i hope all is goood and you look great man ,keep it up

Wow, that is an amazing story. I'm so happy to hear him trucking on and kicking life on the nuts, letting it know this won't stop him from living. He seems to have a very supportive family and I'm sure that helps him keep on. I am awed. Thanks for sharing.
