Really my mother's doctor in Fort Lauderdal is Canadian and he see thousand thousands of Canadian a year that come to America because they get better care here in United states. So much when she has appointments she waits at least 4 hours before she seen. I'm glad your sister was treat right away, but thousand of thousands of your country men stating it takes for ever to be seen or given the right care can't be wrong.

My sister was diagnosed with a baseball sized brain tumour 0n a Saturday in december of this year .The very next day she had it removed.She was sent home on Wedenesday and has made a full recovery.Did her and her husband lose their home to pay for the bill? NOOOOOO.We live in Canada.Our system bad? Well it beats the US system by lightyears and is comparable to all of the g8 countries.Come on US join the civilized world and get public health care!

Rick Scott's ad attacking Obama's health care reform efforts quotes a Canadian doctor who says Canada's health care system is bad. Scott implies that we don't want a Canadian system here in the US.

Scott doesn't say that this same Canadian doctor feels the US system is the ONLY one in the world WORSE than the Canadian system! If Scott were really interested in an honest debate about health care, why wouldn't he mention this?

ANSWER: Scott is a dishonest ideologue, end of story.
