... *facepalm* I don't care about EVs and IVs, how the hell did Rattata outspeed Charizard? And why did that guy have two Fire-Flying Pokes? First problem is most important to me, whatevs for preference on the other one.

@TheEternalDominion His rattata has guts which multiplies its attack by 1.5 with a status problem and the facade does double the damage it regularly has (70) when there is a status problem also so that means that facade would do tons of damage to any pokemon that isnt very defensive with its ev's and iv;s

As for Arceus, high chance it is a Non-EVed Arceus as event Arceus I know off are all level100.
