I am perfectly willing to marry my first cousin once removed,who lives in Iran.She is beautiful,half Swiss and Iranian,and when she and her mother(who happens to be my cousin)visited us in America this January,I was enamoured.I want to marry her in the near future.And yes I have one child with her.

I also know children from these marriages (I was born Muslim) that are retarded & or slow. & if it's not physically apparent, it's certainly mentally apparent. Not a lie, wether you like it or not.

A lot of Muslims still marry their first cousins!!! I know many of them in the US, who have come from different countries & even the ones that grew up in the US still marry their first cousins!!! I was told that it says in the Quran, that it's better to marry a first cousin over a stranger. Many bad genes are passed on like this...guaranteed (for over 1400 years)

Are you sure? I believe Quran actually says it is better for far people to get married in order to grow more relations between more people, but there are many with tribal commandment of marrying 1st cousin.
I'm against cousin marriage because I know the dangers of it for one thing, I only said that because most of the people defying cousin marriage approve on what is 10 folds worse

My father told me so, & he reads the Quran daily. & if the Quran says that it's better for non-first-cousins to marry...then boy have the Muslims done it incorrectly!!!! A lot of my relatives (Afghan)have married their first cousins, including my own parents!!! I have friends from mid east & Africa (Muslims) that do the same thing. One guy from Eritrea, who is married to a non first cousin, told me that he would have much prefered to marry his first cousin.

Go ask some real Muslims about it (it's not just my dad, & you'll find out) There might be some Muslim countries where it's more prevalent than others, but trust me...it's widespread. The thing is that it's not always apparent what's wrong with kids born from first cousin marriages. Many recessive genes are spread like this. With Muslims, it's kind of like food coloring in a glass of water, it's permeated bad genes everywhere!!!

Like for instance I have a bad memory, & physically I'm quite weak compared to others my age. I tried in school to get somewhere, but I couldn't remember much. I read a lot, so I know better now, but it's definitely a bad thing (same grandparents). I just believe in God, but not really in any religion.

This has nothing to do with some people exepting what is worse. The bottom line is, that cousin marriage is bad for the health of the children period! Is worse to kill somebody then to puch them, but does that make it ok to go punching people? Neither should you create this false dilema between zina and cousin mariage. There are millions of non-cousins out there! Plus, zina only effects you, if your child is imbred and sick as a result, your cultural cousin mariage is destroying thier life. BAD!

I didn't do that to cause anything except telling many of the societies who forbid cousin marriage that they still have incest sex without them knowing, incest breeding level with them is possibly very high and we still don't see genetic defection in many of their newborn
