I think it records 60, but when I edit, it drops to 30. I think it's some kind of transition effect. I don't really go into detail of how I record, I just pick something that works and is not too hard on my drive space.
I use ffdshow, use Divx for FOURCC. Then I use Any Video Converter and convert to FLV (Which makes videos upload faster). I put the size 640x480, bit rate 9999 kphs, FPS 30, Audio MP3. And yeah...
I just record directly from my emulator using the AVI feature. I did not alter the settings at all. It gives you great quality with minimal file size. My videos usually range around the 50 MB ballpark.
Yeah, I hate uploading large file size videos. They take long, but their in a FLV format.
