incredible series, thank you very much, it has inspired me alot. my dad did an ironman in 1984 and im trying to follow in his footsteps, although i am at about 195 pounds, last summer i was at 184, and i know with hard work again i can get below that to where i need to be around 170-175 pounds. thanks again mahalo ke a kua
I dont agree with the end,...i believe when you do an ironman, you are one.....theres no ONE day about it!!! :)
