well its actually different see cfw is illegal while making accessories isn't and another note OFW for the psp is well OFFICIAL so it only really adds new features but it also deletes the old things with your old firmware which is the main reason the everytime you update you need to dl about 100mb worth of data since it doesn't only add but replaces the FW altogether
