In my studio, students learn the bow hold very quickly using the Bow Hold Buddies[tm] bow accessory. The accessory keeps the hand relaxed and fingers in place while we learn more music.

professor v is really good on here for violin tutorials you can get online sheet music free if its traditional and you look enough.
If you cant read music very well like me get hold of a freebie called Finale notepad 2008, seek and ye shall find version and some midi files. It transcribes midis and is a pretty useful prog all round
