I commend you for being able to live with such long nails, after mine get more than 5mm off the end of my finger they start driving me nuts ! I love having long nails too, but they're not anywhere near as long as yours!

hi, love your nails! you can get biotin at holland&barratt (although admittedly only in 300microg and 1000microg instead of your 5000microg). but i would point out that taking such a big quantity of biotin in one go isnt going to make any difference - you're exceeding your daily requirement so much that your body will just excrete the excess (your body cant store vitamins or minerals) so its only going to waste really.

I adore your long natural nails there fantasitic ! This frosty, sheer color adorning your nails is fabulous ! I think frosts, sheers and opaque shades accent the nails beautifully and are the best colors because you can still the natural nail free edge under the polish.

great video . I too am vegetarian i don't eat meat fish or eggs, and i get all my protein from fruits and vegetables... and i can grow my own long nails..

come check out my video on other things you can take that make your nails strong like horsetail which is an herb..

fish...yuch. Yea I use flax in all my muffins and breads, I get plenty of that.

My problem is, I'm cleaning house and snagging them on clothing, hitting them accidently and they break near the smile line, etc...

Hello! I buy a lot of my products on-line as it is hard for me to buy the biotin in the larger mg's in regular stores. Do you have a health food store in Italy? I can usually get my multivits with the biotin in them there. The fish pills (omega's?) are great to take too.

I agree with you about taking the Vits for stronger, healthier nails & hair. Here in the States we can buy prenatal Vits without a perscription. I get them from Mass Distribution stores like Sam's Club...etc. In 500 count bottles & they really do work! I also have the ridges you talked about, I've come to accept they will never go away...LOL If you have thick strong nails you are going to have the ridges as well...I figure it's a small price to pay as I'd never want to give up my long nails

Biotin is also found in many foods such as liver, eggs, tomatoes, carrots, almonds and walnuts. I am sure that there are many more foods I could list. I love that color nail polish. :)
