He was bullshitting. He just did not want to admit he was using subscription bots on his channel. Thats how he got the majority of his subscribers and became a partner. Another word for it is cheating. He did not blame Youtube because he knew he was at fault. He knew it was something he would get instantly banned for if caught. Johnny should be noticed by talent.....not by him spamming people. Its unfair on people who work hard to get their subscribers.
