This amazing 6yr old is basicaly the same age as Connie Talbot,and the only difference between the two singers is culture wise, Koleen may have done this performance with out the knowlege of her parents,dressing up like she did, and performing flawlessley a love ballad you would not hear from a 6yr old on stage that all little girls dream of !!!!!,(BLESS HER HEART!!!), and got punished for it,(MOST LIKELY!!!), sad to think!! At the end she was very excited with her friend, and the vid ended.

Koleen is absolutely, absolutely wonderful! Her nuances and interpretation at 6 yrs old is incredible! She feels the song and sings accordingly. What language is she singing on? I can say that this little girl sings beautiful. The "noise" in her singing comes from the culture (or inculture) she comes from. Children tend to imitate adults. In Phillipines they probably "use" that style. I don't like that, but in my country, Venezuela happens the same. Children look just disgusting imitating low culture adult body language. Its a pity.

This girl is a resident of Brgy Banay Banay Cabuyao Laguna, First time I've heard her voice was during a singing competition held last August 24, 2008. At first, i thought she was a contestant but due to her age, she did not qualify for the contest so the facilitators of the event decided to invite her as a guest performer. Though she was just to sing one song for the event (LISTEN of Beyonce) she performed 2 additional songs (tunay na mahal and isang lahi) due to insistent public demand.

It's not about comparing who is cuter or not, that's completely subjective and they come from different cultures. When someone acts older than they are, consider that they may just be mature for their age and that in some cultures it may be more accepted or desirable. It's not wrong to support Connie Talbot, by all means, she deserves all the support she's receiving. But to pick on someone else doesn't bring her up any higher or make her any cuter.
