Um.. When you talk about Xp Tq Zt, you're making a mistake by referring to "t" as "bandwidth thresholds", and then mentioning that they are used for policing functions... Thresholds don't have anything to do with policing, and relate to bandwidth only indirectly. Thresholds are queue thresholds, which provide the ability to set usable queue depth per specific codepoint.
