  • Isn't this just a remake of Otis Rush's classic minor blues "All You're Lovin" with different lyrics?

  • nice job Chris

  • good stuff.

  • hey fantastic version! reckon you could write the chords down for me? i'm just a beginner..

  • that was great!

  • nice! inspiring! wanna pick up my guitar, thanks...

  • pretty good :D

  • can you put how to play the chorus with harmonica? you dont play it on the video but i love it thanks

  • solid version man

  • Hey Chris, I was there when Dylan opened his show with the first live performance of this song in Dayton. I was having flashbacks in that moment of your excellent cover which I'm sure was the first one on youtube. That was the best dylan show I have ever been to. He was in good voice and the band was on all cylinders that night. Lucky me and everyone else who was there July 10th

  • I saw him on July 15th in New Britain and I was absolutely floored -- that might have been the best I've seen him play in almost a decade of seeing him annually! (Maybe second only to a show I saw in 2003 or 4 when he had Larry Campbell and Charlie Sexton in their prime.) I would have loved to hear "Beyond" live, but he played "I Feel A Change Comin' On" and "Jolene." Thanks so much for sharing!!

  • hey man i was at that same show!!! it was amazing i had a blast and this song rocked

  • The harmonica is a welcome touch--it creates a sound that is more like vintage Dylan than his recording of this does. I've admired Dylan since he was young, and I like your rendition. All the best.

  • I miss the harmonica too... Thanks for your comment!!

  • great dude! it's hard to sing that song, the rythm is special and you doing so well!

  • As a huge Dylan fan, this is about the greatest compliment that you could give me! Thank you!!

  • Congratulations great voice - i also like the harmonica to this song -

  • If only Dylan himself would play more harmonica on his records! :-)

  • I like it, I couldnt make out all the lyrics when Dylan sings it, but you pronounce them very clearly.

  • I'd have to smoke and otherwise abuse my body for a long time to reach Dylan's level of gruffness! lol I'm glad you were able to hear the words, as they really are great. Take care!

  • Thanks so much! I'm always a bit intimidated when covering my favorite songwriter...

I've made an 8-track EP called "Love Out of Fashion" and a lot of home recordings -- they're all at chris-moore .c om

Take care (and come back soon)!

  • oh and what chord

  • Thanks for watching. My harp's a Hohner "Special 20" Marine Band; a C. It's pretty standard; I got it for a gift years back, but you can get them at a local music store or Guitar Center/Sam Ash/etc.

I have the chords to this song posted (see link at upper right in the description) -- enjoy!!

  • what makes your harmonica? where d'you buy it?

    Nice cover

  • Great job.

I really like your voice in this one.

  • Thank you!!

  • Just doin it for the Bob! Song gives me pimp gooskles!

  • Me too!! (I think... :-)

  • tooclassy,behave yourself,theres a good boy.

  • great man

    how do i download this?

i cant find it anywere on his website

  • Thanks. Unfortunately, it was only available for 24 hours. There are still ways to get it - for example, ore-order the album at iTunes.

  • I've the song.

  • Sounds incredible! Amazing job you did!

Ps: Im addicted to Dylan's work, and do I have to say how he is always surprising me? NO. =)

    I'm so excited!

  • Thanks for the compliment - I couldn't agree more with your excitement! :-)

  • how did you manage to learn that already ,.he only gave out the sample yesterday ,.,.you got his web site?.,good joe5 fay me

  • I woke up early yesterday and worked it out on guitar before work. I think I've heard the song literally 20 or 30 times already! lol

  • Gotta love Dylans newest stuff. One thing I can never get over is how incredible his lyrics are time and again. Thanks Chris once again for bringing us the latest from the master.

  • I couldn't agree more - and it's my pleasure! Thanks for watching!!
