hey um jw when will my sp gauge go to lvl 2? its still at lvl 1

You have to find a torso that has a level 2 SP Gauge. Either do a hard mission or beat up someone piloting the suit you want that torso for and beat them up. Same goes for the level 3 one. Playing harder missions gives better parts if you didn't know.
