funny, in southamerica is being encouraged to speak french for business with europeans, and to speak chinese for business with china, so english will not be that important after all

This is the reason because USA are losing control in the world. China are making in Latin-America and other parts of the world. India, China, Taiwan are making a lot of bussines, while USA are making business just with Arabic and China

I wouldn't fly to Russia, and expect them to learn english so they can talk with me. I'd attempt to learn/pick-up russian if I wanted to be able to communicate with them, let alone live there.
