Solution: lower a gigantic four story iron grid over the area forcing leak to flow through grid shafts or quads, screw grid down to ocean floor, cap each section of grid individually, use caps with tubes for shafts directly over leak thus controlling entire grid pressure one square at a time and getting to keep the oil well open and operating.....

What are these chemical dispersants made of? They are "proprietary" formulas made by the oil companies. We have a RIGHT TO KNOW what is being dumped into the ocean.
