Im sorry right but I sometimes find John Gwynne (the loud commentator) quite unappropriate or arrogant. I reckon that he speaks a little bit on the vague side of darts. He's also the one who wants to deliver the most reactions when another commentator wants to say something, even towards Sid at times (not being harsh by any means). Anyway this display from Barneveld was simply the Dutchman back to his darting best !! Scottish crowds not acting like fucktards after all.

RvB is amazing, but hes a headcase when it comes to darts. Changing darts every week. Constantly doubting the material. Once he played with stress releaving stickers on his wrist, If he could put those demons to rest he could dominate, we allready know he can outscore Taylor. But Taylor is such a concentrational monster. He is so far ahead in the mental aspect of the game. As far as throwing darts without pressure i think Barney is ahead, he probably throws 3 nine darters every day of the week

@90sRetro He said after that game that its because hes had personal issues. People have been threatening and blackmailing him, so he hasnt been able to concentrate. He said hes takin 2 months off after the Premier League and hopefully when he returns for the World Matchplay, hell be back to his best.

Well done to Barney. Incredible to deliver under that pressure on TV 4 times, and to be the only player to hit 9 Darters in the Premier League and PDC version of the World Championship makes it even better. Even Taylor hasn't managed a PL 9 Darter yet, and he gets more chances than anyone.
