The owner of World Guitar's seems like a REALLY cool guy, you can tell he just loves guitars, and although the guitars are expensive I bet he is not in it to rip you off, he seems like a really genuine geezer.

Great overview of the guitar, it looks and sounds great. Vigier have a lot of innovative ideas in their guitars.

Now that's a great guitar. Nice to see someone making single cuts with alder instead of mahogany. Personally, I think that if you have mahogany without a maple top to balance the tone, it sounds a bit rubbish. Alder gets that same balanced tone, without the need for a top wood.

I have a gear question... Can anyone tell me how Satriani can get that opened up screaming guitar sound? Of course it's in his way of attacking the string, but it probably also got something to do with his guitar and/or amp/FX.

@kaznerov Dont know I think its what rob calls the squeal :)......I think they also use the same thing in the Lamb of god laid to rest solo as well...My inner geeek side says its called pinch harmonics . ....Satriani uses the whammy thingy to make those sounds dont know how :)

Yeah I know what squeels (or artificial harmonics) are. I actualy wrote this about them:/ww . guitarmasterclass. net/wiki/index. php/Harmonics . I mean when Satch bends a high note (as example) then the sound is like "Waaaaaaahhh" while my sound is more closed like "Weeeeeeh" if you get what i mean ;P But maybe you're right and Satch produces a note on the edge of squeeling, whti this effect.... possible :P

I know it was my fault, but I don't know where... My Cort X-2, low-quality sounded gorgeous compared to that Viguier and I cant understand
