excellent review! I have one question, I already own the wired dx12 with the dss surround adapter, i dont mind the wires, but are this delta headset have better sound than the dx12? i look at the turtlebeach website and both set has same speakers styles, will appreciated a reply thank you

@DENISPAVONZ1973 Hi. Thanks for the comment. I have never used any wired turtle beach headsets. But sometime they can sound even better than the wireless ones because you don't have any interference issues.

Great video got a question ive messaged someone on ebay that i was going to purchase this from i asked if i can mute my tv n hear the sound from the headset is that true they said yes? So i will be able to hear all sound from the headset with the tv muted?

@JAYJAY1787 Hi. Thanks. Yes it true because your audio is coming directly from the console into the decoder box and transmitted to the headset so if your tv's sound is muted or even off you will still hear audio from the game console

@sexchiller45 You can get the turtle beach px5 for about $50.00 cheaper so if you really want the call of duty branding it might be worth it, if not go with the PX5's. Right now I am using the Astro a40's this is my favorite gaming headset so far. You can check it out on my channel if you like

@TheHashBot No, you cannot reverse a perk with these. The only thing it does is make enemy footsteps louder on people that aren't using dead silence or ninja pro.

@MrMetalfreak18 There is not a lot you can do to make it use less power so I would recommend getting a good set of rechargeable batteries to avoid having to buy them regularly

@Jelding Its worth it if you are into call of duty. If not you can save a little and get the px5 and buy the adapter so you can use it completely wirelessly or you can get the xp500 that includes the adapter. The headset uses 2 AA batteries that cannot be charged while in the headset via USB etc. Thats one of the things i like about there Razer Chimaera is how easy it is to charge. I recently bought these but didnt notice that my xbox 360 (first gen) didnt have the optical out port. Is the sound quality the same with the red and white or do i absolutely need the adapter for my xbox to get the full surround sound?

@gman9406 yes you will need to get the adapter to get full surrond sound otherwise it will only come out as stereo. also be sure and subscribe i will be uploading lots more headset videos soon

@TheBrownIntruder I think the sound is almost the same between them. I like the razers a little better because how easy it is to recharge and it operates at the 5.8ghz frequency so no interference. And the razers are 100.00 cheaper. Hope this helps

@chacegreen913 Yes it come with the wireless adapter for the 360. If you wanted you could buy the Turtle beach xp 500 and save $50.00, its basically the same headset without the call of duty branding
