  • Hi, just wanna get some suggestion. I got an 1-yr-old horned dragon and i'm wondering how much and how often i should feed him. The staff at the pet store said i should feed him 20 crickets per day but actually he didn't eat that much today.

  • @DeadendOmicida about 6 a day should do thats what i feed mine

  • Can you help me? I just got a mountain horned dragon & she doesn't eat too much. She ate 6 crickets the first day (which was good) and the next day she didn't eat. Than the next day she ate two crickets and the day after that I think she ate 2 crickets too. And she hasn't pooped since after she ate the 6 crickets. [I put calcium dust on my crickets too]

  • @TyseaTyler your lighting and heat + UVB and humidity

  • @TyseaTyler feed her earth worms she will love u for it

  • @fuasshole666 Thank you. She loves them. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. :D <3

  • i have 2 MHDs in one 20 gallon long tank. The Male eats pretty aggressively. the Female tends to wait until the cricket comes near her. it is wild

  • dude you need an air pump with an aerator, and lmao water in the bowl it makes them see it as running water and they "see" it. spray w water, they have decent LED lights for plants that are super cool w my dragons 32$ e8ay

  • That's exactly how my female MHD eats! XD

  • Why is it they dont chomp down on their food hard like other lizrds? They just seem to want to swallow it alive..

  • It's calcium powder. You gotta shake the crickets in calcium powder before you feed them to the dragon...for the dragon's health :) you can find it at pretty much any pet store that you'll find reptiles at!

  • @SKrunner8 Im not saying thats not good but you can also feed them gut load, but you have to put the gut load in the fridge and then you put it in a dish in the crickets tank, you can also put it in the cage. It has all the vitamins and everything that your lizard needs. I think its way easier.

  • @About67Ninjas Nope just buy the power and its the easier way

  • I'M getting one today but why was the cricket white???

  • wow that was pretty rad dude!

  • cool vid, I have a MHD too. They are awesome. Keep the vids coming!
