this doesnt work for me . what i do for my obliques is get a heavy ass dumbbell i cant curl, with one hand hold it to the side of my body and lean myself to the side the weight is on until the bell reaches my knees then bring myself back up.. i keep doing this then switch hands for the other oblique. .. remember get a super heavy dumbbell if u get one u can curl u wont burn at all

@fhab525 yeah its kinda funny today i went to workout and the gym had no ppower so i got in free today (yay) only problem no water fountains working and no air coniditioning :( but yeah i also saw someone doing the exercises today so i mgiht try it in my later wokrouts and thx for the help i guess

I would suggest adding the advice to flatten the back against the floor and pull the stomach in before doing each crunch. This helps align and stabilise the low back.
