We do have a law supporting these kids/teens but a law isnt enough!Parents and family members of these children still are not educated on proper parenting & livelihood!Parents are the ones in need of education and discipline.There should be a law-a functioning one- that also warns parents-to-be that raising a family isnt as easy as they think it is.

this is extremely very difficult to watch. i expected all this minors in jails are all out and rehabilitated. i expected they are learning how to read-write-draw-stage plays on social issues. i expected them now to be clean-fed-cloth and sheltered
