That Guitar Hero paint scheme on the #40 looks familiar... didn't EGR run that same paint scheme (or a similar one) on the #8 with Almirola in 2009 before they finally parked it after Texas?
Yeah, it's too bad Mad Max didn't qualify; he's got a great personality and I hope he and the Germain team get into the field soon. I've always had a soft spot for the #13 since pulling for Jerry Nadeau's Elliott-Marino ride 10 years ago.
Very cool! The owner of the local NASCAR shop here in Northern California (Hunt's Race World in Fair Oaks) knows Jerry Nadeau and Nadeau's stopped at the store a couple times. I made sure to bring my #13 hat and it was so awesome when he signed it!

Disappointed to see Max Papis and Chad McCumbee not qualify. I was pulling for the 77and the 02 to not make it.
The driver of the #40 car showed why he's not ready for Cup at all, he smacked the wall twice at the same spot.
