@woOoOow17 Why is it that some examples of the arabic alphabet use the Hamsa with alif and others dont? also I've noticed that some have the th'aa after da'ad and some don't.

This song is uver guay. I just took a beginner Arabic class [taught in Spanish, to make it more confusing; heh], and my professor showed us this video. So catchy.
This one has how the letters connect,if you want to see how each letter is written at different parts of the word this is useful.
The 1st letter to the right was the one used at the beginning of a word(or after a non-connecting letter), the 2nd was if it is connected from both end, the 3rd was if it is the last letter and the letter before it is a connecting letter the 4th is last w/non-connecting letter before it
it sounds like hebrew coz all the languages in the world were formed by the arabic letters sounds .... but some language removed some words like the English ... coz our ancestors were arabic..
@ratlover100 Written Arabic is actually a lot less confusing than written English. Most words in the English language are never never said like they're spelled and consist of a lot of silent letters. In order to read english, you have to have a firm grip of the grammer. On the other hand, once you learn all the arabic letters and how they are connected (which is actually a lot simpler than you think) you'll be able to read anything in Arabic since everything is spelled just the way it sounds.
Your friend is wrong , with all due respect. For example if a native French speaker learns English they might pronounce "The" as "Ze" , does that nullify the existence or use of the letters T & H in Latin / English alphabet. Of course not. This is the same thing. People from different regions pronounce things different vocally speaking but it does not make it another language. Talking in accents has been around since forever, its nothing new.
there is a problem with this alphabet song as they some how dropped saying the ظ letter . It appears on the video but they skip it (by error?) in the song
if it is si then i learned arabic on net.on google write learn arabic online and then click the first option i loved it and i can now read nd write arabic
theres a longer version i used 2 hav it as favs but now i dont no how 2 get it back i deleted from recicling bin aswell i didnt no it was in there so can u post the longer version plz?
yes that is true. i'm a beginner and its hard for me to sing along to it because its kinda fast. but thankyou for putting up because once i learn the alphabet i'll more than likely listen to this one everyday so i won't forget.

@michiel987 Maybe for writing, but I have absolutely no idea what the roman equivalents to any of them are
traeus 7 months ago
@traeus How do you mean? There is NO translation. It is just Arabic.
Alif the first sign is spoken as 'Aa' and the Baa is spoken as 'b'.
If you see BAA-ALIF-BAA it is spoken as baab which is 'door' in English.
Just accept the Arabic alphabeth, there is no translation of the single letters, but there is of words.
michiel987 7 months ago
@michiel987 What I meant was, isn't he just singing the names of the letters rather than the sounds? Or am I not listening well enough?

The alphabet is confusing. I don't get how you could write them togeather and make words, but some letters do sound like the hebrew alefbet.

well, both of them are semitic languages...it seems difficult to write them together but there´s a system in it

This is the new order of Arabic letters, you should see the old order, parallels hebrew. Alif ba jeem dal ha waw zayn, etc. Look up abjad numbers.
