No, it will be sold unlocked by HTC as the S743. Perhaps at Best Buy or somewhere similar. The S743 will support AT&T's 3G network, though.

Nice video but honestly windows mobile is really out-dated. Using an iphone every day, and seeing android on a consistent basis, I have no idea why companies are still using windows mobile. Hopefully, we see the next generation of windows mobile in a few weeks but there really needs to be some significant changes.
