@nsm54 No, that's not what filler is.  Filler is literally animators including episodes in order to "fill in time" to delay its catching up with the manga. That's why it's created by the anime writers and wasn't included in the manga. Manga can't have fillers. Almost every One Piece filler ties in with the main story.

@leftstanding that's one of the things that make One Piece amazing, its hard to tell what is filler and what isn't because the show is about their adventures so even filler seems relevant, unlike the random ass shit in Bleach and Naruto. I'm not saying those shows are bad but their filler is so obviously pointless and so utterly annoying that I have given up on Bleach and am about to give up on Naruto.
