Ok ^_^ but im still wondering can sea monkey eggs be brown... because there "poop" are very big considering they are smaller than a period. Oh one more thing. Do sea monkeys sleep? Because my sea monkeys have been hiding on the bottom at night with the unhatched eggs. Ok thanks (lWl)
oh, and can sea monkey eggs turn brown/blackish? or is that sea monkey eggs? Because I see small blackish brownish circular things at the bottom of my tank. But the little sea monkeys dissapeared or flows with the current at times... is that normal? Again, thanks (-W-)
Its normal, they're just playing hide and seek with you lol, and the black stuff is either poop or from the egg packet that's needed nutrients to keep the eggs alive and the babies healthy. Lol They love flowing with the current its like a water slide for them, just dont do it too much or they'll get dizzy lol.
Um my sea monkeys are becoming longer.... but as i was aerating the water I noticed they come up and float down. They don't even swim? Is this normal or are they dead? I'm very sad if they are.... T.T
That is totally normal! They are just coming up for some fresh air! You'll know when they're dead when they SINK TO THE BOTTOM AND TURN BLACK! They are only getting a fresh breath of air so nothing to panic about at all =^.^= its very common for them to do!
Oh your right! SOME of mine hatched today I guess they hatched yesterday but they were super tiny. They doubled in size! Now they grew out of there circle and is now turning into beautiful sticks! :3 Ok and THANK YOU! I thought my sea monkeys wouldnt hatch since my sister put my live eggs in my tank without it purifying. Again thank you, and your choice in music ROCKS! -W-
Congrads!!! :D You're the proud parent of sea monkies! They grow pretty fast their first few weeks of life =3 soon you'll be able to see their beady eyes and everything if you can't now tehehehe! Congrads, if you like please share a video of your lovlies =3 Thanks <3 Good luck and lots of love to your new little family!
Thank You! ^_^ So when they hatch they are tiny? And since my sister put my eggs in water when the water was purified for 15 hours will they still live/hatch? Thank you so much! ^W^
Anytime and since you put the eggs in early it will take a little longer for them to hatch so no worries ^w^ just keep the water kinda warm for them to hatch faster, the warmer the water the faster they hatch ^w^ Good luck!
Waa! Ariagtou Brunello-san!!! <3 I haven't named them yet cause I can't quite tell what sex they are, they're still babies, but I already have the names I want to give them =3. They're growing quite fast! I'm very happy <3. I wonder how Yukke would react to them lol. I'm looking forward to Yukke's next adventure!! Have a very happy fun time Brunello-san and Yukke! <3

@lolgirl9513 If there ar loads of black dots every where then its a bateria that will kill your sea monkeys, if its just at the bottom, its fine.

Can you see baby sea monkeys on day 1? Cause I don't see any, YET.
lolgirl9513 2 months ago
It takes 3-7 DAYS for them to hatch but if the water is warm enough its possible, remember they're EXTREMELY TINY when they first hatch
