You should probably just get a good frame that's ment for street/park/dirt because although you could ride the flatland frame the geometry just wouldn't be the best for street. And you say you don't do high jumps but you'll get better and better and start putting your bike through more abuse. So you should just buy a street frame that's made for that kind of abuse.
