  • Just made these, they came out pretty great! Only thing is the mixture was a little thin so they came out really thin, crepe style. Maybe its because i didnt add the flak seed or honey. Otherwise they're great! Excellent video

  • @Spoonman626 Glad they worked out for you!

  • In what store did you find that peanut butter?

  • @6packbeast These might be only local to RI as it's a Rhode Island company that makes them. I just got it at my local grocery store.

  • @CampbellFitness No wonder because I went to Costco, Publix, Walmart and BJs and I couldn't find it. But thanks for the great recipe :)

  • Loving both the content of these videos plus Brandon is pretty hot.

  • @angelgirl976 Hah thanks!

  • legit brother

loving the food meals because I'm looking for new ways to change it up in the diet area great video you make it very simple to make and prepare :)

  • @youngharzard Yeah I couldn't cook to save my life a few years ago so I started with the basics and just work my way up. It's really helped both my cooking skills and my diet!

  • these were awesome your vids are really helpful man

  • @bbjoe923 Awesome, glad they worked out.

  • Looks good. If you want a substitute to honey or cane sugar, you can look up agave nectar

  • @ProBangers Good suggestion!

  • Hey Brandon, how's it going? I wanted to ask you what is your view on artificial sweeteners be it something natural like stevia to something chemically enhanced like aspartame?

  • @TheShoxsta011 I think they're ok as long as you don't go overboard with them.

  • Just finished with making mine! And ummmmm Delicious!! Thank you for this great recipe brotha!!

  • @MessyRoomProduction1 Glad it worked out!

  • hello, can 'be eaten either in the morning after the' pancakes this workout?? or is only good for breakfast? thanks ...

  • @MyShoes85 It can as well, just might want to reheat.

  • I just made some right now and currently am eating these delicious pancakes...good recipe man!

  • @TubsyTmac Awesome, glad they came out ok!

  • Just made these for breakfast in the morning, CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW

  • @MrChicagoGuy23 Did you refrigerate them?

  • lol 30g of carbs? i eat about 1000+ carbs a day, simple carbs of course.

  • @Mitchell9oh5 That's a lot!

  • @CampbellFitness i loose weight constantly and maintain muscle with this lifestyle, all my carbs come from fruit. Where else does one expect to get energy? If you're feeling tired throughout your day or napping you're not eating proper foods / getting good sleep.

  • I tried this recepie and i must say it tasted pretty good. The banana taste didnt really fit in with the pancake, so i suggest people to replace the banan with blueberries etc.

I did add peanutbutter to the batter witch gave it a nice flavour and profile.

    Overall 7/10 :)

  • @ironadio Thanks for trying it and getting back to me! Def agree blueberries make this even better!

  • Tried these the other day. Tasted great! Do u think it Would it be a good idea to add cottage cheese to the pancake mix?

  • @jigleer You can def do that to increase the protein and some carbs.

  • I've already tried this, it is delicious, congrtz! But I've a question for you CampbellFitness, there is no problem take this pancakes as my pre-workout?

  • @rfbmrodrigo It's not a problem, but I'd just make sure you have a little bit of time before hitting the gym (45 min or so) as these are pretty heavy and will sit in your stomach.

  • nvm, added a little bisquick, amazing!

  • @nickmanning4prez Hah glad it ended up ok Mine are usually way too thick.

  • tried this, fuckin disaster wtf! consistency was so thin

  • @nickmanning4prez you need to add oats you dumb mufucka

  • I've tried this protein pancakes and they're just delicious and really good for the breakfast

  • @rfbmrodrigo Glad it worked out!!

  • I just tried these, and they were delicious. I didn't have any more natty PB :( so I used apricot preservatives because I'm bulking anyways ;)

  • @tricepwarrior That sounds like an awesome substitution. might have to try that!

  • @CampbellFitness I also ended up pairing it with a few strawberries on top! It was a VERY delicious combination!

  • Any low carb substitutions?

  • @nairb2693 There's a few different options you can use. One would be just take the oatmeal out. You can make these "pancakes" with just eggs (or egg whites) and protein powder. Another option some people like to do is use fat free cottage cheese as well.

  • I tried this and it looked like someone had taken a shit on tarmac.

  • @adamscott Ha sounds tasty.

  • I'm pretty sure there are more than 250 calories....

  • @watyomamagot I rounded up the macros in the description box, but based off the ingredient list and divided by the total number of pancakes I made, they each turned out to be about 250 calories.

  • @CampbellFitness oh...sorry...I thought it was total amount of calories XD...

  • @watyomamagot I wish!

  • hey man! Thanks for the recipe! Look, if i dont use flax and honey how many calories should i detract from the nutritional fact you posted? If I add more oats (let's say another half cup) will it go even calories-wise with not having the honey and flax?

  • @maeishoj The flax accounts for about 90 calories overall with 8 grams of fat and the honey accounts for about 120 cal and 30 grams of carb total. So divide those numbers by how many bars you plan on making.

  • oatmeal for the win!

  • Hey just wondering how well this mix keeps as i would probably want to make it the night before

  • @hyphstar It should keep fine. Just might have to take it out of the fridge and let it sit for a bit so it loosens up

  • Ok coo thanx

  • Nice video btw Where did u buy that peanut butter?

  • @johncena04red My friend sells it at his supplement shop. I believe it's a RI brand, but I believe they have a website with more info. Look up the Go Nuts brand.

  • hey dude how many grams is the 3 scoops of whey protein?

  • @guitargod3331 Probably about 100 grams

  • Had these this morning and they were really good. I had natural almond butter rather than the peanut butter. Thanx forthe recipe!

  • @swurve4real Glad you liked them!

  • Really like these vids mate, thanks for uploading them! Gonna be getting into these vids soon once Im free for summer and have a load of time to be bulking up! Subbed ;)

  • @MrMikkiFunk Great! Let me know how they turn out!

  • I would like to ask would wholemeal plain flour do the same trick rather than the oatmeal?

Or would you suggest sticking to the oatmeal for the pancakes?

  • @TheMarkusCachow I'd suggest the oatmeal, but if the wholemeal flour fits into your macros for the day, then it should be ok.

  • i am going to get a blender now. great video. can't wait to try out the recipe.

  • @polydood Let me know how they turn out, or you can always do a video response!

  • @CampbellFitness Brandon, i made these this morning and they turned out well. They are certainly not the usual pancake that I am used to but still really good. thanks for the recipe!

  • This inspired me to buy a blender tomorrow. Nice tats.

  • @nonikita Thanks, it's a work in progress!

  • Brandon, this is awesome. I thought I could not have pancakes anymore, but this would work. I am allergic to bananas, so I won't include them, but I can definitely see myself eating these as a great protein source besides just eating eggs all the time. Question: Instead of using honey as the batter sweetener, can I use it as a syrup replacement, or would that change the calorie makeup in anyway?

  • @ganthc The calories would remain the same if you used it for a syrup. Just be careful on how much you use. If you look at one of my other replies, typically when I make these for myself I just make enough for 1 extra large pancake. It's easy to go overboard on these and put too many calories/fat/carbs in them. Play around with the ingredients to get something that works for you.

  • @CampbellFitness Thanks. I would try and put the honey on the side (about how much you used) and just dip the pancakes so that I don't overdo it. I would try this out this weekend, but my roommate broke my blender so I am waiting on the new one he ordered to come in.

  • These look awesome. I am going to make me a batch of these in the next two hours. I really enjoy these cooking/bodybuilding diet videos. Keep them up. And I will keep you posted on what you asked me to earlier. I get really paranoid about USPS also.

  • @HomeGymFitness These are just trouble if you're on a cut. I had all 3, so it was 750 cal, 90 grams of protein, 90 carbs and 20 grams of fat. Although by cutting out bananas and flax it would dramatically reduce some of those numbers.

  • black and yellow black and yellow ahha nice video! keep em comin :)

  • @iTuLegiT Hahaha. I thought the same thing.
