I watched and listened very carefully. Rand Paul was not trying to explain his views or if he was he did a poor job. Rachel gave him every opportunity to affirm title 2 of the civil rights act. Rand Paul refused to do so. Since he has sung a different tune.
I also saw his interview with the Louisville Paper, he didn't affirm Title 2 there either.
Keep spinning if you want to but Rand Paul is not a racist but a mealy mouthed racist.
