Not sure which you're asking about because a transition starts there, so I'll say what I think.

The one with the angels is most likely a sketch someone did. The couple sitting looks like part of a CG set. Both can be found on an image board, but usually you'll be searching through porn before finding such images. Though, the sketch may be on a art site, like DA or SA. The possible CG image could be from a visual novel, digital art book, or an art site.
