I wish I could understand Portuguese better, being born in Madeira I could say I am perhaps bi-est, at the same rate, I am also Canadian, I've carved out a fair living here and find no pregidous against the Portuguese here. we here are all proud to be Portuguese, weather we are from Portugal, Madeira or the Azores, we all have respect for our own.
I look at Portugal and the Portuguese, weather it be Portugal or the Islands and feel as sense of identity.
