What a complete tradegy. I stumbled across this video just browsing youtube. I dont know much about them, but i can say that I will be researching them more. From my understanding the last one died in 1936. Were they pack animals? or were they solitary?
How can human destroy the many of the beatifull animals becouse this animal be predators and like all predadors must eat meat... 1:00 is form Poland Natural Museum PAN?

There's been 4,000 sightings since they have been extinct in Tasmania alone-and also an unknown number on the mainland as well
