Which one? I don't think I've really added any new addon recently :p If you're talking about the those colorful bars, it's healbot and I only enable it when I heal so you don't see it in my Shadow Priest vids.
No locks need to be nerfed. A lock lower level gear wise than me scores 3-4k dps while I'm at around 3k with my Enhance Shamans. All classes and specs should be able to dps well.
Why not? Just because we can heal? Due to the patch, I am getting a lot more dps now. Just because of the new totem bar, helps me a lot. Second of all, some people dps all the time on their character and never heal/tank.
So just because we "can" doesn't mean we "will". This also doesn't give any justification to make a class overpowered.

A shaman is not supposed to do as much dps as a lock, move on.
