I'm gluten free.. it's hard to find gluten free restaurants so it's SO important to support the restaurants that are! IS the cheesecake gluten free??? ;-)

@greenlightcoach I am not sure about that. When he described it to me he said he made the bottom of it with almonds but I may have heard him say he mixed it with graham wafers..we did not have it. He makes a lot of pies that are gluten free for sure.

@RebeccaHappy I am no doctor, but all I know is it causes inflammation in the body and is responsible for many brain abnormalities. My father-in-law is suffering right now and it seems to be gluten as the problem.
