Actually, no, the Office de Language Francais' official function is to eliminate all traces of English (under the false guise of protecting French, of course). In cases where English is "allowed" on signs, it has to be at least 50% smaller (or less) than French lettering, and they actually do go around with rulers in real life to measure. Anal, no. Racist and bigoted, yes.
