  • Wake up. Look how the population of turkey doubling so fast ( every 22 years turks X 2) that means turks cypriot will be one day a majority on Cyprus and greek cypriot a minority. Do you want to let the hard work made by greeks to turks? They don't respect us ( help fyrom against greece, dogfight overs aegan sea ) Don't make an other fault we lost so much...

  • reunification of the island would be great. but seems too far fetched.

the turks have too many demands that are outrageous and the greeks just want their land and country back.

the turks don't want peace, they just want a piece.the turks will not leave without a fight.they've already proven that by planting their seed as far and as wide as possible.the eu,un and nato needs to step in and remove them from the island.how can immigrants have control of the government after unlawfully invadeing?

  • Peace can only be tested through reunification with no special privileges. But disclosure of missing peoples & those who were detained over the years by the occupation, will bring closure. Also compensation and/or restitution is essential to this formula of peace. And all those involved in settlement pogroms to leave & be resettled else where from where they came from by those governments who promoted these settlements.

    Turkish-Cypriots & Greek-Cypriots would not have cohabitation...

  • ...problems living together in peace as long as these Cypriots are left alone to heal and achieve harmonic peace.

I think Greeks have been bullied out of their own lands and ethnically cleans long enough & far to long...it's time to stop this.

I am certain Turks have no fear of Greeks ethnically cleansing them, but their is a concern of Turks ethnically cleansing Greeks...as we only need to history and trends of the Turkish state in recent past...ie Kurds.

  • Peace oki but not reunification I prefer to see 2 countries on one island.

  • If there is an attempt for Cyprus to be divided permanently things will get worse rather then better.

For you to even ponder such a thought makes you suspicious to invoke conflict.

Cyprus in all probability will become a permanent obstacle to Turkey in it's efforts and plans to become part of the EU.
