So I am happy to ask saints to pray for me or others, just as I can ask you to pray for me, it is not a sin. Read Revelation 5:8 and what you see is the same thing. The Elders in heaven are receiving the prayers of the saints on earth and giving them to God.as incense. 3 chapters later the angels are doing the same thing. its biblical.

The whole point of asking others to pray for you is so they can ask God to give you grace.Look at what were the elders doing in Revelation 5:8. Since in revelation we find people on earth asking saints and angels in heaven to pray for them in Revelation 5:6,8:3, it would mean that Yahweh allows such to be done, since Yahweh inspired revelation to write such. Now since Mary is a saint in heaven we can ask for here to offer up our prayers to God for us (Pray for us) just as Yahweh inspired the same thing in Revelation to be done.

Why would I have saints or angels to pray for me when I am fully capable of praying for myself. Would you ask you brother to ask you Dad a for something you wanted? If you did don't you think your Dad would wonder why you didn't ask him yourself? I will ask my Father in heaven directly as did Moses and Abraham.

@belgicaYMario Jesus is not Yahweh! If he were then why would he ask his father in heaven why he had forsaken him? Do you think Jesus was asking himself this question? Jesus lived in heaven with his Father before he ever came to earth. In Genesis it is stated Let us make him in our likeness, in our image. Our was Yeheshua and Yahweh. God sent his only begotten son, not himself. The trinity is a pile of garbage built off of dead religions full of dogma. YOU ARE BEATING A DEAD HORSE!

@thealchemicaldragons Obviously you don't have to ask anyone to pray for you. Yet in 1 Timothy 2:2-3 it says that if you pray for someone it pleases God. God is happy when someone prays for you because in no way does it effect God because either way the pray is going to God.

@Zebedex Well I totally agree with that. I pray for people all the time. And I don't mind for people to pray for me. I just believe in addressing all prayers to the Father, and in the name of his son.

@thealchemicaldragons Well if you "totally agree with that" then are you going to start asking Mary to pray for you?. The Phrase "Pray to Mary" does not mean worship Mary, that's completely different.

@thealchemicaldragons "Pray to Mary" means ask Mary to pray for you since in early English the the word "Pray" once meant the same as "ask". Worship as adoration is only given to God and God alone.
