Ha ha we have a lab (brown) her names maggie she loves ice! When she was little everyday we would give her a cup full of ice too cool her down when she was hot or huffing. Now that shes older we have to keep her on a chain under a tree with a lil swimming pool thats filled with cold water every once in a while i go down there and put to cups of ice in the pool to make it even more cold since she loves cold water i really miss her being inside but sometimes she gets the chance to come in! ~ DvBs.

I have a Black Lab. He SNORES like mad!

And dreaming....he's chasing rabbits all the time! He woofs and his legs kick and twitch while he sleeps. What a great breed. Owned dogs all my life and Labs are the best tempered dog I have found. So precious sleeping. Easy to love them isn't it?

My chocolate lab female Bonnie did the same thing!!!! She died December 1st from someone running her over :'(. But were going to have a new addition to the family on December 22nd who is a 8 week silver lab female. Her names Silver :)

@holmesd5003 Nope, that's not correct. All labs are the same - except for the color. A lab isn't dumber just because she's a chocolate. Part of it has to do with their training and their parents. Smart parents give a higher chance of smarter pups.
