  • So small now..

  • thanks for making these

  • wonder if he misses being a massive fuker ?

  • Hey Kevin, you're one of my biggest influences for me being in the gym, you and my Dad who was a body builder as well! I've seen videos of you now, and in '94 and '96, and each time I watch them I get so much motivation from them and you... I'm 16, 6' 5", was 185 in June, because of you're inspiration and motivation, i am now 205 lbs and growing! Keep up the hard work Brother, and I hope I can see you compete one day!

  • you own people's heart, the true trophy of champion man................. owned for the rest of your life....

  • you motivate me

  • @levrone2000 , whats the best way to get the tie in with your front delts and your biceps? I find it very hard to get that tie in showing. Thanks !

  • You seem like a down to earth dude...Much respect I wanna grow up to be just like you :D

  • Kevin Levrone actually replies to posts? Awesome! I hope there's a Report for shoulders! You have the most impressive delts in the bodybuilding Kevin, in my opinion anyway.

  • I'm having shoulder pain. i wonder what Kevin Levrone and other pro bodybuilder uses for pain killers.

  • im big fan of you Kev. since i was a child . gogogogo and never give up Mr O you r the best .

  • wuz tlr?

  • i wonder how your skin has adapted to your smaller muscles since you stopped taking steroids

For me your body looks much better than in the time as you were a competitive bodybuilder

  • kevin, i gotta say you are an inspiration..whenever i wna look up something positive to keep me training and keep fit, ill youtube up one of your videos..cheers man

  • Kevin's got a lot of heart but most people do not realize he is 47 years old!

How many of you out there can say that! So I am sure he favors weight loss oppose to building mass hinting his earlier years. Either way he has my vote.

  • kevin, how come you look wayyy cut down from your "arnold classic look"?

  • @levrone can you tell us about your diet just the update (how many meals a day and how much grams of protein per a kilo) your the best man love and respect from morocco mr all years O

  • every time i see one of his videos he's in a different gym, how many gym memberships does he have?

  • @zzcoolfun lol yeah i know!

  • @zzcoolfun

The guy is a legend, I bet he has a global hall pass to any gym. ;)

  • hey kevin i was wondering why you banned me from your site? this is david penwell. i really miss going there and reading up on everything and i didnt say anything or do anything that i know was wrong and all the sudden i got banned the other day

  • hey kevin, i am having a hard time putting on size, but i am going to try to give the 6-8 rep range a try, i was doing 8-12 prev. When u do heavy weight, how long do you rest between each set?

  • @TheUFCfan10 When you go heavy it's best to have a mins rest between sets so you feel fully recoverd to lift maximum weight but really you don't need to have an exact time just listen to your body when you feel recoverd from the previous set.

  • so you are following 4 sets of 5-8 reps for the whole routine? ou are working the fast twitch muscles? right, how do u build slow twitch muscle mass?

  • @xXBARDMANXx When u do cardio and ur half full, ur wasting 20-30 min burning all of that carb. U do cardio in the morning, u'll burn alot more fat and taking less time too.

  • @xXBARDMANXx Maybe pointless to you but Kevin must know what hes talking about he has been a champion professional bodybuilder W T F have you done?

  • hey kevin hows it going been a big fan of yours for a long time i have been training about 8 years on and off ive bulked up as much as i want to what would you say the best thing i should be doing to get ripped super set with high reps ?? instead of going heavy appreciate if you could give me some advice thanks and all the best :)

  • @xXBARDMANXx why is that?€

  • um...you mean 3/21/2011...right?

  • Try taking 4-6g BCAA, 200-400mg caffeine as soon as you wake up, then do cardio for 30 min of intervals 1min low intensity, 30 sec high intensity, hit up abs after do 6x12 hanging leg raises, 6x12 weighted ab crunches, 6x12 ab weel. you will see the difference in the first 2 weeks. Keep protein high and do not exceed 100g carb per day. u be ripped in no time

  • Supersettin shoulders and triceps?!?! Dang Kev, you crazy..

  • @xXBARDMANXx true u feel like throwing up or atleast i do! cause u gotta have something in your stomach , me i just cant do it

  • What's that beat at the begining Kevin!

  • why is it every pre workout drink claims to be the strongest pre work out drink?

  • hey Kevin. I just want to say that these videos are awesome and give great information on lifting. I am currently training for a competition in Nov. 2011, and always jump on to watch your videos for motivation and learning. When I was younger I watched you compete and you are an inspiration to anybody with a dream to do great. Thanks and keep the vids comin Maryland Muscle Machine!

  • great information Kevin thanx.

  • Extreme nitric pump BLEND

  • Kevin! You are the real Mr.Olympia in my eyes! Dont matter what judges said! You are simply the best! Like Rocky Balboa - People's champion. Sorry for my english i am from Latvia!

  • Keep pushin baby !! thats whats up !!

  • @scuba - sorry i wasn' t aware layne had changed his position on fasted cardio. Im 38 been out of the reading circles for awhile. It looks as though i could keep more muscle with the new thinking. How studies change over the years. It works for me however it looks as though i could put on another 10lbs to my current 230lbs with this updated info!

With all the different diets, workouts, magazines, supplements, articles not to mention various beliefs on how to train, u will see them be effec

  • @metallica61003 Nothing is wrong with eating a meal before- lets say 2hours prior. However who ever is doing cardio for an hour then weight training is not even aware of the word catabolic and its meaning and is sure not building any new muscle let alone maintaining what little they do have.

Anyway cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is most beneficial. Followed by a healthy breakfast and a weight training workout later that same day will with the proper nutrition and hyd

  • How do you go from benching 400lbs to doing only 3 plates on the incline hammer strength machine for 6 reps? You look really good but I don't know where all of your strength went?...

  • @scubasteve121212 umm hes not competing anymore and using certain supplements, use ur head.

  • @scowlx Levrone stopped competing? Yeah no shit sherlock. I've been watching these vids and following the Levrone Report since the beginning. Not even a year ago he had a goal to bench 400lbs and did it. That's what I'm referring to. Get with it.

  • I want to know what would have been different about Arnold if he was in his prime if all of these new machines were around...would he have been just the same? maybe his legs would have been bigger?

  • yes, branch won that show, and got 50 thousand dollars, with ugly ass body, but the most talented bodybuilder in the world, is doing levroolympia :( why is it always like the most uglyest bodybuilders win ? and have the motivation to train hard, when guys like, Kevin, Chris Cormier, and many more dont ? was looking at the london show, and austrailian, dude, there is like 3-4 pros that look good in the show, everybody else look like shit out there, pro bb needs more good bodybuilders!!!

  • lol love your attitude levrone, you bring something fantastic to the table every time you train. Many people out there fear working out, but when you make it fun and make it a hobby in which you love...you're destined to reach the top of the mountain.

  • well done to cindy

  • @freeridemachine-- Kevin is correct!-- cardio on empty stomach allows for ur body to draw from fat storage as energy- therefore making cardio more productive, not to mention moving around with a tank full of gas only slows u down and sluggish. Lets not forget ur body is in the process of breaking down ur meals which requires energy, last thing u want to do is workout cardio or no cardio on a full stomach.

20plus years experience- wrestling, USMC, Law enforcement and weight training. My opini

  • @daddy971016 I beg to differ. I'll take my man Layne Norton's advice over Levrone's on empty stomach cardio.. He actually published an article against fasted cardio in the MD magazine last month. He is one of the best natural bodybuilders and has a PHD in that area. I'll give him the upper hand.

  • great work kevin

  • keep up the great work kevin

  • Man you go far back with them pecdeck flies! Some good shoulderjoint flexibility there.

  • What's the difference between pec deck and flys?

  • @Fir3fly798...lol i was thinking the same thing...lol

  • Also, way to go Cindy. I dont comment much butI have been following you since day one babe...Keep it up.

  • Hey Kev or anyone from the TLR, I recently stop doing the push down and the skull crushers exercise because they make my elbows hurt. What are you guys doing for the pain other than pain pills. Also, I have been posting videos of my transformation on here and the TLR forum as well. If you search for "Mr. Jones week 2" I have my legs, abs and back and bi workouts posted. If you guys have any pointers for me I'd appreciate it.

  • keep up the great work kevin looking awesome dude!!

  • well done Cindy and kev not just a inspirational in the gym but outside aswell

  • I want to buy Levrone Formula but i am in doubt whether to buy it or not??

  • SOLDIERS BABY !!! SOLDIERS BLOWN UP LIKE BALLOONS BABY !!! LIKE BALLOONS !!!!!

  • cardio on an empty stomach has been proven to be no better than cardio after a meal..infact after you eat you have more energy to work harder during your cardio

  • @freeridemachine I agree

  • @freeridemachine Exactly! Plus if you think about it if you dont eat and go do cardio for an hour or whatever your body is starved and very catabolic at that time...not good for maintaining muscle at all

  • @metallicat61003 but if your trying to lose fat than its good

  • I do all my pulling movements everyday if you know what i mean :P

  • Thanks man. Like these nice long vids

    Dylan

  • That's 270 on the incline hammer Kevin...plus the weight of the actual mechanism (gonna guess it's about 15 lbs), Not 315 aside. (No disrespect intended)

  • @Fir3fly798 all good brother thanks for clearing it up for everyone !

  • @levrone2000 wow he replys to comments! kevin just wanted to say your one of the best in many minds and mine as well, when ever i have to eat my plain chicken and sweet potato i watch maryland muscle and smile, thank you for everything you have done. welcome to md too cant wait to read.. jake.

  • @scowlx @levrone2000 has always connected with his supporters, viewers, fans .... he is an awesome inspiration! I have followed him since i was a teen and i am 31 now/i need to get back in the gym its been years now :(

  • @levrone2000 hey kevin man...where you get that white v neck t-shirt?? ps your a beast still!!!

  • @Fir3fly798 You idiot, those are 100 pound plates. We can all tell that you have no experience in the gym so just keep your BS to yourself weakling. lol

  • @infoplayuh You fucking jackass, those are nowhere near the size of 100 pound plates; are you blind? 100 lb plates are frickin huge. Plus even Kevin himself said I was right (look at the top rated comment). Haha you fucking idiot that' why you don't troll people on the internet; you just ended up making yourself look like a stupid jackass.

  • @Fir3fly798 you must have a hate problem dud.

  • kevin what do you think of what Lee haney thinks of only hitting one muscle group a day?

  • @fc3chris its better because your workout is 100% concertrated on that particular muscle and it will grow bigger and recover to the fullest
