Presumably it's impossible to use the legato in real time, as the synth can't know how long the release of the previous note will be, unless you use a fixed time for the glide.

Its a tool in many synths. Like he explained alot of times =)

Use the Glide/Portamento/Slide whatever.. Many synthes have it. And its a great thing to use sometimes.

Hi, the plugins that do not have the option of portamento/legato or glide...can you somehow link it to the "channel settings" (..14:03..) ? because the channel settings patch has the option of portamento under Misc-polyphony-mono but I just can't find a way to link it to the plugin! And it's driving me crazy

In FL Studio, some of the channel settings effects only work for FL plug-ins (e.g. 3xOsc, FL version of Sytrus, etc.) I believe portamento is one of these. Also, per note slides in the piano roll only work with FL plug-ins.

b/c its a plug-in you should use it (if its built in) from with in the plug in....if its not built in, send it to piano roll and use a slide note.

Google for .vst or .vsti - there's a lot of free efx and instruments, but they tend not to be very efficient and use up a lot of cpu cycles and/or have a lot of aliasing problems.

I have struck a problem in fl7 thats relly pissing me off.Half my channels in a beat seem to be turned off.They have changed from the original color to a bright pinky red color.They aren't muted the green led is still on.How did this happen nd how do I turn them back on?If you could answer this for me you be the man.Please help I dont wanna have to start from scratch

sorry that was supposed to be your e mail and you can find the buzz generator in your browser-> plugin presets-> generators and then load the buzz thing on you sequencer go to the channel settings plugin tab tweak it from there and you might just get what you're looking for
