Alright, two questions.

1.) What if someone uneducated to the topic subjects themself to this and can not imitate it correctly, will there chakra flows suffer?

2.)The results seem to be "state of mind". Dont get me wrong I'm interested in the history and procedures that go along with unblocking chakra but it almost seems that .. that this is a wishful thinking technique. If I sat down, said Mmmm and thought of how pizza's were made, I'm gonna get hungry lol

In order to understand, you have to let go of the idea that reality only exists in the seen world and accept that your thoughts create the illusion we term "reality". There is no wrong way to meditate. Your body knows what it needs, it is your mind that craves more. Do not underestimate the "state of mind". Ever heard of the double slit experiment? It basically proves that thought DO effect matter.

@purenergyhealing one thing i am not isa violent person i dnt kill flies start trouble or nothing though my mouth in the past has gotten me unto trouble but alcohol was involved and i dont even drink any more, ya booze ya loose! i have attempted 3-4x tonight to astral porject n i cant find my comfort zone my focus runs from me and i'm left in the dark with flashes of rainbow am still seeing other people but its not of my mind, i was born year of the dragon so have trouble with patience :(
