If you listen to Mr. Mulder's discourse(s) with an open mind & heart, then hopefully & by the grace of God, one will see that the theory of evolution is just that..a theory ! And the only viable scientific alternative is to trust & believe in God's Holy word & not the spells & misleadings of a falsley proven science, that even Darwin wasn't too sure of himself...the words of Jesus said "You shall know the Truth..and then the Truth shall set you free !! I hope that you choose Truth & not lies !!

@manalej61 Dude are you trying to make me laugh? Evolution is based on facts the word THEORY means that it is supported by more than just one fact. That means evolution is true and religion is false because belief in the godthing's words are magic spells and are not scientific they don't follow the scientific method and don't follow determinism so they can't be scientific. God Magic is not a viable alternative to science DUR! If you had truth then Religion would be able to create new technology.

I listen to Dr. Mel for a little "comic relief"! That little snarky laugh of his is really so immature and highly inappropriate. I once heard him make a rather startling claim: he said that we must believe in 6 day creation, because if this is wrong, then the bible is wrong, and if the bible is wrong, then GOD is wrong! So I finally understood why he is so crazy about not admitting a mistake! If he admits there are mistakes in the bible, then his whole nut-job theology crashes and burns!

I am ashamed to say my state was on his short list of "good" states. New Mexico. Sadly, even though the majority here is Catholic, it's not the Catholics who push that crap through, it's the Mormons and white Evangelicals...

@renegade4dio You hit the nail on the head the Mormons and white Evangelicals are the problem with this country but they are also the greatest thing for Atheism. Creationism is the belief that God in it's incompetence was unable to create organisms with the ability to adapt. Plus they are so against science when it's obvious how much science actually does for us. Ask a creationist to list one technological advantage creationism has done for humanity and they will pee their pants.
