  • Hey guys, greetings to the city of all cities! Tell me, Upper West Side or Midtown is expensive? Cabs are much more than public transport? So how much do you have to spend for a reasonable flat/condo? What figure does your salary then have to be? Would you advise people to live in NYC for what ever reason?   • that is true about the taxis in NYC. I live in the Upper West Side also sometimes its hard for me to hail the taxi. Midtown is always busy busy busy so slim chance you will be getting one in one or two waving. :P

    subways may be packed at certain times but hey, its better than none..lol
