I get the feeling that Lucky & Liz flew off the rails in the 2000's -- almost to the point of total insanity -- because no actor could replace Johnathan Jackson in the role, and this scene proves it! Excellent performance and a well-deserved Emmy!

By the way, Nikolas looks like he really put on some weight since the old days. Dude should try eating a salad every once in a while.

I always come back and watch this episode just to relive Elizabeth's fall from grace. I never like her from the beginning. Even after the summer when she and Jason made Jake, they kept tearing down Sam's character as if she were the only one who did something wrong. Here everyone finally saw Liz as the tramp she always was.

Jonathan was fantastic, worthy of a nom, have to say though, Becky really was awesome in these scenes. She portrayed a woman who got caught, she took her licks, was obviously ashamed, didn't get hysterical and shout excuses or blame him. They were all devastated, great scene. every time i watch these scenes i'm blown away all over again.

JJ...out of this world. i can't get over the subtlety in his performance even though he is SCREAMING. When Carly knocks on the door -- that is just too delicious to bear! HEY COZ! Becky was great, too. She breaks down bit by bit through the whole tirade -- at first denying it and thinking she can fix it. By then end, she's completely broken. All of Liz's denial has been ripped away from her and she knows she's ruined everything.

Love, Love, LOVE that JJ is back. These scenes, while breaking my LL2 lovin' heart, are some of the best and most powerful I have seen in years. Not just JJ- all 3 of them have done an excellent job!

I have always been a fan of Nik, but seriously I want to punch him every time his pompous ass is on screen.

Lucky pretty much summed up all my feelings about Liz in 14 mins. Awesome.

Liz could've easily just left Lucky or.....I don't know....been faithful! This is the ultimate betrayal. She cheated, lied, severed a family, killed all of Lucky's trust in one blow. I can't defend that. I feel sorry for Liz now. But when I look back at her with Nikolas, I remember why I lost respect for her. She left her kids & ran out to have sex with Nik. Who does shit like that?! Then she has sex with Lucky & agrees to marry him out of guilt. It's sad that this ended the way it did.

Some of the best work from Rebecca Herbst and Jonathan Jackson was delivered today. From a storyline perspective Lucky has every right to be upset and JJ hit a home run with this performance. I didn't mind the pairing of Nicholos and Liz, but hated the cheating and lying. For Rebecca to make me feel sorry for Liz is an amazing feat--Bravo!
