that guy is not a esurance cstomer. listen real close when he "gets animated" and you clearly hear a "no im not" after she says he is. muffled by a zapping noise

I can't be an esurance customer. Because I'm a kid. My parents will be so sad if I turn into a cartoon. They'll feel worried if I stretch my face like Mr. Mackinaw's did. :-(

His first appearance was better; besides, Paul's just the kind of personality to be "animated", because he IS "natural". It's easy to cast a "professional", but how many REAL people have you seen in insurance commercials lately?
