i always where " just " a belt. so i am not shore for all raw. now with the belt ...I squat and deadlift....525 pounds = 238.13 kilograms...and for bench press..375 pounds = 170.09 kilograms
Yes, with that upper body I guess you have a good bench. With a belt is still considered raw. My lifts are 142.7-243-233.5 (all in kilos). So it seems we are pretty equal in dead and squat, but you crush me in the bench. :)
